Prior to this role, Gemma led Talent Acquisition at 118 118 Money, a tech-enabled disruptor in financial services, from July 2021 to May 2022. Gemma's extensive experience in recruitment includes a significant tenure at TIC Recruitment, where responsibilities spanned from Associate Global Recruitment Director to Global Recruitment Manager for the international education sector. Earlier career roles include Senior Recruitment Operations Specialist at Adecco, Senior Recruitment Consultant at Conceptuality People Solutions, and Internal Recruitment Coordinator at The Number UK Ltd. Gemma holds a degree in Media Practice & English from the University of South Wales.
