Ian Lynes has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to business development, product management, and customer success. Ian started their career at IBM in 1986, where they held multiple roles for over 14 years. In 2000, they joined Civista as a Business Development Director, focusing on creating strategic routes to market for mobile portals and data services. In 2002, they moved to Sirenic Limited as a Partnership Development Director, responsible for generating new business through commercial partnerships. Since 2007, Ian has been working at QS Quacquarelli Symonds as the Director of Products, leading the development and success of software solutions for the Higher Education sector. Ian'sresponsibilities include business planning, budgeting, product requirements, and customer support.

Ian Lynes has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, which they obtained from the University of Portsmouth. Additionally, they have certifications in Agile Foundations from LinkedIn, obtained in December 2022, and NetSuite Essentials, obtained in January 2015.
