Kendrick Ng

Kendrick Ng is a seasoned data operations professional currently serving as a Senior Data Operations Analyst at QS Quacquarelli Symonds since June 2021. In this role, Kendrick is responsible for designing and maintaining data systems for the evaluation of over 7,000 global higher education institutions while managing stakeholder expectations and resource allocation. Previously, Kendrick worked at UPS as a Delivery Driver Helper and gained valuable experience in routing and customer communication. Kendrick also held a position as a Research Assistant at the University of Kent, where new data processing methods were developed and implemented. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, both from the University of Kent.
