Ryan Hess

Ryan Hess has a diverse work background with experience in various industries. Ryan currently holds the position of Regional Director of Client Partnerships at QS Quacquarelli Symonds. Prior to that, they worked at Baker Tilly US as a Talent Attraction Senior, Campus. At Penn State Smeal College of Business, they held roles such as Interim Director of Admissions, Associate Director of Admissions, and Assistant Director of Employer Relations and Recruitment. Ryan also worked at Arizona State University as an Assistant Director of Admission and Recruitment and at Wilkes University as an Assistant Director of Enrollment Management and Adjunct Professor. In addition, they had a role as an Integrated Tool Developer & Data Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton and as the Director of Football Operations & Assistant Coach at Lafayette College. Ryan began their career at Wilkes University as a Graduate Assistant Coach.

Ryan Hess attended Rowan University from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering. Ryan then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Wilkes University, from 2008 to 2010.
