Eric T. is a seasoned AV professional with 20 years of experience in audio and lighting sales, project management, and technical support. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Technical Support for Q-SYS at QSC, they previously held various technical support roles within the company from 2022 to 2024. Eric has also worked as a Sales Account Executive at Empire PRO and as a Sales Account Manager at GC Pro, where they excelled in fostering client relationships and achieving sales goals. Additionally, they have a long-standing role as the owner of Dj Trust Events, overseeing event coordination and audio/video production. Eric graduated with a diploma in Music Technology from Silverado High School in 1996.
