Lucas Mesa has extensive experience in audio-visual production and event management, beginning as a Technical Coordinator at St James United Methodist Church from April 2015 to May 2019, where a production volunteer team was developed. Following this, Lucas served as a Server at CALI before advancing to Event Production Manager and Audio Manager at Saddleback Church from June 2019 to May 2022, overseeing audio, video, and lighting systems across multiple venues and optimizing AV programs for virtual engagement during the COVID-19 pandemic.
