Matt Gray

Director, Customer Engineering at QSC

Matt Gray has a diverse range of work experience in the field of engineering. Matt started their career in 1999 at Innovative Electronic Designs, where they worked as an Applications Engineer for seven years before being promoted to Hardware Engineering Manager. In 2012, they joined Biamp Systems as an Applications Engineer and later became the Applications Engineering Manager for North America. Since 2015, Matt has been working at QSC, initially as an Advanced Applications Engineer, then as the Sr. Manager Advanced Support, and currently as the Director of Advanced Support.

Matt Gray attended Purdue University from an unspecified start date to 1997, where they pursued a degree in Engineering with a focus on Electrical Engineering and Acoustics.

In addition to their formal education, Matt Gray has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In July 2016, they received the Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification from InfoComm International. Subsequently, in December 2019, they completed the "Leading and Managing Globally" program at the Yale School of Management.

More recently, in November 2020, they obtained certifications in "Bystander Training: From Bystander to Upstander," "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues," "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," and "Unconscious Bias," all provided by LinkedIn.

In October 2022, Matt Gray completed the "Leading Customer-Centric Growth" program offered by Wharton Executive Education. Lastly, in May 2023, they obtained the "Accelerating change readiness and agility" certification from the UC Berkeley Executive Education program.
