Matt Schipp

Matt Schipp serves as the Director of Strategic Operations at QSC since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in operations strategy, manufacturing improvement, and supply chain management across various sectors, including aerospace and defense, industrials, and transportation. Previously, Matt was a Manager at Kearney for nearly seven years, during which time leadership capabilities were showcased through managing consulting teams and mentoring junior consultants. Significant achievements include optimizing product strategies for manufacturers, generating substantial savings, and enhancing operational efficiencies. Prior experience at GE Aviation involved roles ranging from Fleet Services Engineer to participation in the Edison Engineering Development Program, with a notable record of delivering savings and ensuring compliance in aviation operations. Matt holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
