Melissa P.

Melissa P. serves as Hardware Engineering Manager at QSC since July 2016, leading a team of digital and mixed-signal design engineers for the company's networked audio, video, and amplifier product lines, with a focus on the NV series video streaming platform. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Staff Hardware Engineer at QSC, managing a similar team and supporting the development of networked audio and video solutions. From March 2008 to May 2016, Melissa worked at RED Digital Cinema as Grey Matter (Hardware Group Manager/Team Lead), where architectural contributions were made to the DSMC2 System, and as Grey Matter (Lead Hardware Engineer), collaborating on the DSMC System innovations. Earlier career experience includes positions at RGB Spectrum and Dolby Laboratories, where Melissa specialized in designing advanced video processing hardware and contributed to various significant projects over a span of several years. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Caltech, earned in 2000.
