Semi Madar has a diverse range of work experience in the IT field. They started their career at CallPlus Group as a Technical Customer Support Representative. They then moved on to Fujitsu Australia Limited, where they held various roles including Senior Service Desk Analyst and Remote Desktop Support for Fujitsu/Aurizon. Madar also worked as a Desktop Support for Qantas Airlines during their time at Fujitsu. Currently, Madar is working at Qscan Group as the Head of Service Delivery, after previously holding positions as an IT Project Manager and IT Project Engineer. Throughout their career, Madar has gained experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and service requests.

From 2010 to 2013, Semi Madar attended the Auckland University of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a major in Network & Security.
