Dylan Pierce has extensive experience in IT and service delivery. Dylan started their career at Taco Bell in 2017, where they provided technical support to over 7,000 restaurants nationwide. Dylan then moved on to Comtech Telecommunications Corp. in 2019, working as a Network Operations Center Engineer. In this role, they monitored over 1,100 nodes and ensured customer SLAs were met.
