Joyce Kan

Joyce Kan has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Joyce is currently working as a Software Engineer at Qsic since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Telstra as an RPA Lead from March 2019 to July 2021.

From 2013 to 2019, Joyce worked at CCH Australia as a Technology Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for manipulating XML data and transforming them into different formats required by various users.

Before joining CCH Australia, Joyce worked at Comptel as a System Analyst from July 2009 to February 2013. Joyce developed Network Element Interfaces to establish communication between the customer's OSS/BSS and Network Elements.

Joyce also worked at Idalica as a Java Developer from October 2007 to July 2009, where they set up web stores, performed migrations, and provided customization and support.

Joyce'searly experience includes working at Technodex Solutions Sdn. Bhd as a J2EE Developer from January 2006 to October 2007. There, they worked on the EPNV project, which involved setting up a web-based procurement system for the government.

Overall, Joyce Kan has acquired extensive experience in software engineering, specializing in areas such as software development, system analysis, and XML data manipulation.

Joyce Kan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology with a focus on Computer Software Development from the University of Southern Queensland, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In March 2019, they also obtained a certification in AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native from Coursera.
