Charlie Russo

Charlie Russo, CF APMP, MCPPO, is the Director of Bids and Proposals at Qsource, where they oversee proposal management and lead various strategic initiatives. With extensive experience in communications and proposal management, Charlie has previously held positions as a Proposal Manager at Kepro and eClinicalWorks, and they managed the RFP Team at Varsity Tutors. They began their career as a reporter for The Eagle-Tribune and The Boston Globe, and later transitioned to roles in environmental planning and corporate communications. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Syracuse University and a Master of Liberal Arts in Sustainability/Environmental Management from Harvard University.
