Jody Fleming, MBA, serves as the President of NCHA Strategic Partners and Senior Vice President of the North Carolina Healthcare Association. With a background in healthcare management, they obtained a BSBA from Appalachian State University and an MBA in Strategic Management from Liberty University. Jody has also contributed to various organizations, including their current role on the Member Board of Directors at Qsource and previous involvement with bttn's Customer Advisory Board. Prior to their leadership roles at NCHA, they managed office operations at R. Bruce Jackson II, MD, PA from 1991 to 2000 and worked as a Studio Cycle Instructor at Lifetime Fitness from 2012 to 2020.
