Michael Lewis

Michael Lewis has worked in the field of product and project management for over 30 years. Starting in 1984, they were a Computer Lab Instructor and Manager at Wright State University's College of Business. In 1986, they moved to McDonald's of Ohio as a Profit Center Trainer and Restaurant Manager. In 1997, they joined McDonald's USA, LLC as a Sr. Project Manager and was responsible for managing the modernization of the business and workforce solutions for the restaurants. Michael also served as a Deployment Manager for new products and systems, as well as an Operations Manager for restaurant technology. From 2017-present, they have worked at Ulta Beauty as an Omnichannel Project Manager, managing projects to drive the preparation and development of new Omnichannel capabilities. Michael also currently works at QsrSoft as a Product Manager.

Michael Lewis attended Wright State University from 1984 to 1987, where they studied Computer Science. Prior to this, they attended Ohio University-Southern Campus from 1983 to 1985, where they studied General Studies. Michael also holds certifications in Project Management Essentials from Russell Martin & Associates (obtained in April 2013), Project and Program Management from International Institute for Learning (obtained in October 2006), and Servsafe Food Protection Manager Certification Course from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) (obtained in April 1997).
