Client Services Consultant at Qstream

Amanda Burns began their career in 2013 as a Manager for Pure Hockey, a role they held for four years. During this time, they were responsible for recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff in a small store setting, managing payroll, budgets, financial records, stock control and shift schedules, as well as ensuring high levels of customer service and resolving customer complaints. In 2016, they were promoted to tier 1 store and assumed additional managerial tasks in the absence of the lead manager in a high-stress setting.

In 2018, Amanda took on the role of Manager at Lacrosse Unlimited.

In 2020, Amanda became an Implementation Specialist at Blue Cow Software, where they led customer software implementations, delegated and assigned tasks and projects to fully execute installs and followed up during all stages of the install process. Amanda also conducted business analysis of new customers to gather all information needed to support software implementation and coordinated and executed customer site training.

Most recently, Amanda began their role as an Associate Client Services Consultant at Qstream in 2021. In this role, they are on-boarding global clients and supporting their Qstream programs and projects, by managing a portfolio of clients and being the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for their internal Qstream Program Managers. Amanda is also mentoring, guiding and advising clients as they integrate Qstream into their organization, and facilitating project kick-off, planning and post launch calls via online meetings.

In addition to their professional roles, Amanda has also served as the Women's Lacrosse Coach at Emerson College since 2012, where they are responsible for player recruitment while attending tournaments, meetings, and tours. Amanda also ensures that players, equipment and facilities are well-prepared and organized, and offers input for game strategics and advice for plays or game tactics.

Amanda Burns attended Fitchburg State University from 2008 to 2012 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science with a concentration in Fitness Management. In September 2018, they obtained a TIPS certification from Health Communications, Inc. (The TIPS Program). In June 2019, they obtained an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in January 2019, they obtained a CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Heart Association.
