David Burke

David Burke has a diverse work experience in the legal field. David started their career as a Solicitor at Freehills in 2006, where they assisted partners, special counsels, and senior associates on various matters involving government and private sector clients. During their time at Freehills, they handled major projects and played a key role in the sale of Forestry Plantations Queensland. David simplified due diligence processes for over 1,000 contracts and developed a new contract review form.

In 2010, David joined Queensland Treasury Corporation, initially as a Senior Legal Counsel and later as the Principal Legal Counsel. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Legal Services.
