Max Singer is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in technology staffing. Currently serving as Principal Recruitment Consultant at Quantum Technology Recruiting Inc. (QTR) since November 2025, Max is part of an award-winning firm dedicated to technology recruitment across North America. Prior to this role, Max was Team Lead for Staffing Solutions at Motion Recruitment from December 2017 to November 2025, where a high-touch recruitment model effectively filled challenging IT positions. Max began the career path as a Technical Recruiter at Motion Recruitment, supporting skilled professionals in the technology sector.
