Chuck Jones

Chuck Jones, TS/SCI, serves as the Federal Data Center Site Manager at QTS Data Centers since July 2022, leading critical operations teams in a TS SCIF data center to ensure continuous uptime and zero-defect customer capacity. Prior experience includes roles as Global Specialty Fulfillment Operations Manager II at Amazon, Nuclear I&C Maintenance Manager at Exelon Nuclear, and Field Application Engineer at Lutron Electronics. Chuck's military background encompasses a position as Nuclear Reactor I&C Operations Manager in the US Navy. Additional work experience includes customer service management and teaching AP Physics as a substitute teacher. Chuck holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University, along with specialized training from the Nuclear Power School at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command.
