Declan Carr is currently the Director of Pre-Development for QTS Data Centers in Europe. They previously worked as a Pre-Construction Manager for Meta and held roles as Contracts Manager and Bid Manager at John Sisk & Son Ltd from 2000 to 2018. Declan studied Civil Engineering at Abertay University from 1995 to 1997 and has continued their education at Limerick Institute of Technology.
