Douglas Houff is an experienced utility management professional with a comprehensive background in operations and program management. Currently serving as the Utility Development Program Manager at QTS Data Centers since March 2024, Douglas previously held the position of Manager of Regional Operations at Central Maine Power Company from December 2022 to March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Distribution Manager at Rocky Mountain Power and various operational positions at Dominion Energy, including Operations Supervisor, Contractor Resource Coordinator, Serviceman, and Lineman. Douglas holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from West Virginia University and has further training from the Southeast Lineman Training Center.
