Jeff O'Reilly

Jeff O'Reilly is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as the Director of Technology Platform and Systems Engineering at QTS Data Centers since October 2023. Prior to this role, O'Reilly spent over 11 years at ServiceNow, holding various directorial positions including Director of Cloud Infrastructure R&D, where responsibilities included overseeing DevOps, SRE, and engineering teams to support cloud infrastructure initiatives. O'Reilly has extensive experience in data center operations and engineering, with previous roles at Casne Engineering and Microsoft, where responsibilities ranged from managing data center services to leading capacity planning projects. O'Reilly holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Washington State University, complemented by earlier studies at Oregon State University.
