Jodi Moon has extensive experience in project management and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Implementation Project Manager at QTS (Quality Technology Services) since January 2006. Prior to this role, Jodi worked as a NOC Engineer at ITC^DeltaCom from January 2000 to October 2001 and gained valuable experience in help desk and desktop support during tenure at Medaphis/NCO Financial from May 1993 to January 2000.
