Joe Maier

Joe Maier is an experienced engineering professional with a background in utility development and process engineering. At QTS Data Centers, Joe held roles as Utility Development Project Manager and Utility Development Project Engineer from May to October 2024. Prior to this, Joe worked at Formosa Plastics Corporation, U.S.A. as a Process Engineer - Utilities, leading the utilities capital project team and overseeing key project development tasks. Joe’s experience also includes a position as a Mechanical Engineering Specialist at The Foth Companies, where collaboration on design for manufacturability and assembly was emphasized, and early roles as a Mechanical Designer and Design Engineer at JAK Enterprises. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and an Associate in Applied Science in Mechanical Design Technology from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
