Joseph Daum is an experienced technician with a background in critical operations and field services. Currently serving as a Critical Operations Technician at QTS Data Centers since November 2020, Joseph has previously held the position of Field Technician 2 at Level 3 Communications from January 2016 to November 2020, and worked as a Wire Technician at AT&T from August 2012 to January 2016. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the Florida Institute of Technology, completed between 2008 and 2011.
