Kees Loer

Kees Loer is a seasoned professional in the data center and IT infrastructure industry, currently serving as the VP of Facility Operations - Property Engineering (Europe) at QTS Data Centers since November 2023. Loer co-owns TTNoord B.V, focusing on IT infrastructure, and Elektrys, specializing in energy transition. Previously, Loer was a partner at Zentrys, where expertise involved managing data centers across Europe, and served as CTO and Project Manager at TCN Data Hotels, overseeing technical development and management of several data facilities. Loer has also contributed to industry standards as a member of the NEN standard committee for sustainability in information technology. Early career experiences include project management at Rotterdam Internet eXchange and GTI, along with military service in the Dutch Army as a Driver Comms Specialist.
