Kevin Markle is a seasoned professional in the data center and engineering sectors, currently serving as Senior Manager of Development Capital at QTS Data Centers since November 2017. In this role, Kevin leads a team responsible for contract management and capital forecasting on over $4 billion of active construction, while also managing strategic reporting on more than 1GW of equipment assets. Previously, Kevin held positions at QTS, including Development Capital Manager, where significant contributions included the implementation of PMIS software and collaboration on advanced financial modeling. As a DCIM Engineer, Kevin delivered substantial projects ahead of schedule and was instrumental in establishing network infrastructure for the company's first two greenfield data centers. Prior experience includes a role as Business Development Engineer at CDE Global, where Kevin generated over $40 million in sales and improved operational processes at numerous facilities, as well as internships at Titan America and RailWorks Corporation. Kevin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science Engineering from Virginia Tech.
