Kimbra Steinhoff

Kimbra Steinhoff, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the VP of Global Talent Management & Organizational Design at QTS Data Centers since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kimbra held various positions at PEAK6 from August 2019 to January 2024, including Global VP Head of Human Resources and Internal Communications, Director of HR and Internal Communications, and Lead HRBP at National Flood Services. Kimbra also accumulated experience at ACI Worldwide from April 2013 to August 2019, progressing through roles such as Senior Global Human Resources Business Partner and Global HRIS Analyst. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Gavilon Group, LLC, and as an Associate Support Department Supervisor at The Home Depot. Kimbra holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Doane University.
