Kyle Thompson

Kyle Thompson has extensive experience in the data center operations and HVAC maintenance sectors, currently serving as a Critical Environment Engineer at QTS Data Centers since March 2014. In this role, Kyle provides technical support for mission-critical equipment and systems, ensuring optimal operation and compliance with customer SLAs. Previous positions at QTS include leadership roles as a Critical Environmental Technician Lead and multiple technician levels, where Kyle focused on preventive maintenance and the upkeep of HVAC systems. Prior experience as an HVAC Service Technician at Summit Air Works involved servicing large-scale commercial A/C systems. Kyle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Sierra College and a High School Diploma from Oakmont High School.
