Marlo Marten

Marlo Marten has over 20 years of experience in payroll and human resources management. Currently serving as a Director at QTS Data Centers since April 2016, Marlo previously held the role of Payroll and Human Resources Manager at Carter-Waters LLC from July 2000 to April 2016. Responsibilities have included managing bi-weekly payroll for over 160 employees across three states and processing weekly payroll for 130+ employees in six states, including two separate unions. Marlo is skilled in resolving employee-related issues concerning payroll and benefits, reconciling payroll filings and bills, and preparing payroll-related journal entries, with proficiency in Ultimate Software and ADP payroll systems. Marlo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Baker University.
