Matt Hallbauer

Matt Hallbauer is a Critical Environment Manager at QTS Data Centers, where they lead and develop a team focused on operational excellence and energy savings projects. Previously, Matt served as an Operations Supervisor at T5 Data Centers, enhancing operational efficiencies and managing technicians. With 20 years of technical expertise and leadership experience, including 18 years as a Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy, Matt has a strong commitment to fostering a culture of respect and continuous improvement. They are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Upper Iowa University, having already earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management with a 3.96 GPA.
