Rodney Waters

Rodney Waters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Change Management and Technical Operations, currently serving as Process Manager at QTS Data Centers since November 2023, where responsibilities include reshaping change management processes for a rapidly growing environment. Previously, Rodney spent 34 years at Travelport, progressing through various managerial roles, including overseeing Global Change and Release Management, where the focus was on vetting and scheduling deployments within production systems using the ITIL framework.
