Ryan Winsor

Ryan Winsor currently serves as the Manager of Federal Critical Environment at QTS Data Centers, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Ryan accumulated extensive experience in the United States Air Force from May 2009 to May 2023, holding various leadership positions including Director of Operations for the 433 CES, Facility Engineering Chief and Civil Engineering Flight Commander for the 668 ALIS, and several other critical roles in construction management and emergency management. Ryan earned a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
