Simon Caron

Simon Caron currently serves as the Development/Construction Director at QTS Data Centers, a role commenced in April 2024. Previously, Simon worked as the Regional Construction Director at NTT Global Data Centers EMEA from November 2022 to April 2024, leading client-side construction delivery for various co-location, hyperscale, and client fit-out projects. Prior experience includes positions as Director at Mace and Managing Director - Engineering Services Asia at ISG, where Simon oversaw engineering and construction expansion in Southeast Asia. Simon's extensive career also features key roles at Lendlease and Skanska, including Operations Director and Major Projects Director, with a strong emphasis on delivering large-scale construction projects across various sectors. Simon holds a Master's degree from the University of Birmingham and a Higher National Certificate from Burton upon Trent College.
