Todd Hayes

Todd Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Todd started their career in 1993 as a Sales representative at AIS Computer and later worked as a Team Manager at Sears, Roebuck and Co. From 1999 to 2003, they served as OSI Receivables at Regional Training Manager. In 2003, they joined Clayton County Board of Education as a Professional Learning Trainer and subsequently became a Professional Development Instructor. Todd Hayes joined QTS Data Centers in 2012 and held multiple positions including Training Manager, Sales Learning Partner, Channel Cost Specialist, and currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development.

Todd Hayes attended Fayette Christian School, but no specific degree or field of study is provided. In addition to their education, Hayes obtained several certifications throughout their career. Todd received their Sears Management Certification from Sears, Roebuck and Co. in October 1994. Furthermore, they obtained an Achieve Global Leadership Development Certification from OSI in May 1996.
