Dick Hillyer, DPT, MBA, MSM, is the V.P. of Accreditation and a Medicare Accreditation Surveyor, dedicated to improving the business skills of future rehabilitation leaders. Having served as the V.P. of Human Resources at Physical Therapy Associates/HealthFocus, Inc. from 1975 to 1984, Dick subsequently founded Hillyer Consulting in 1984, where they assist senior management and coach leaders in rehabilitation services. Additionally, Dick held the role of System Director of Rehabilitation Services at Lee Memorial Health System from 1999 to 2006, and has contributed to accreditation efforts at various organizations since 2008. Dick's educational background includes degrees in Physical Therapy and Business, from esteemed institutions such as Simmons University and Wilmington University.
