Joseph April is a seasoned executive with over 16 years of experience in private equity, turnaround management consulting, and investment banking. Currently serving as Managing Director of Portfolio Optimization at Quad-C Management, Inc. since September 2024, Joseph previously held the position of Senior Operating Partner - Finance at Graham Partners from November 2012 to September 2024, where involvement with over 20 portfolio companies emphasized driving financial best practices and executing value creation initiatives. Prior to this, positions included Operating Partner - Finance at Phoenix Management Services and a brief internship at BlackRock. Joseph April earned a degree from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and has completed further education at ACG University.
