Dave Willkom

Dave Willkom has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Dave started their career as an IT Support Specialist at Tech at Night in 2013 and later became an Information Technology Intern in Quality Assurance at Charles Schwab in 2015. In the same year, they also worked as a Senior Sales Consultant in Technology at Office Depot.

In 2016, Dave joined The Hygenic Corporation as a Business Systems Intern, where they were responsible for improving the format of PDF documents for implementation into an ERP system. Dave also worked closely with engineers and managers to ensure precise production requirements were met.

Dave then transitioned to a Technical Consultant II position at Hyland in 2016, where they conducted onsite discovery meetings with customers to determine functional requirements for implementing their OnBase solution. Dave also provided training to system administrators and users on configuring and using OnBase RCM.

From 2019 to 2021, Dave worked at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. as an ECM Business Analyst and later as a Solution Engineer. In these roles, they led discovery meetings, created functional specification documents, and designed complex workflow solutions using OnBase.

Currently, Dave is employed at Quadax, Inc. as a Solutions Engineer II. In this role, they collaborate with internal and client teams to perform OnBase upgrades, creates reports using SQL, troubleshoots issues related to ECM solutions, and creates technical documentation.

Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication with various levels of management.

Dave Willkom attended Kent State University from 2012 to 2016. Dave earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
