They are the Chief Executive Officer of Quadbridge Inc and an investor, leading a team of technology innovation specialists across the US and Canada to simplify and transform how clients serve their customers. Prior to Quadbridge, they served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Softchoice from 2003 to 2014, guiding a team of nearly 700 and helping revenue grow from $250 million to over $1.2 billion, with the company later sold to private equity. They held various roles at Xerox from 1988 to 2003, culminating as Vice President of Xerox Global Services, accountable for a $2.8 billion multi-channel sales operation. They were President and Managing Partner of AccelerateLD Inc - Crestcom International from 2018 to 2024, and served as SVP of Telus Business Solutions from 2016 to 2018. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Saint Mary’s University and completed executive education programs at Wharton, Harvard, Duke, Stanford, Harvard Business School, and the Center for Creative Leadership.
