With a strong background in software engineering, Will served as the Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Nokia, where a software-defined network platform was developed, generating $200 million in annual revenue. Prior to this, Will was the Head of Engineering at TrialStat Solutions Inc., where the first electronic patient data management SaaS platform was created, growing the company significantly. Will also has experience as a Software Engineer at Cisco and holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Carleton University.
