Semeon Kulakov

Semeon Kulakov is an experienced data analyst with a background in financial control and management. At Quadcode, from March 2022 to January 2025, Semeon built a data mart system for four domains, implementing automated ETL, testing, and monitoring, and launched over 60 A/B tests while creating an automated experiments reporting system in Tableau. Prior experience includes serving as a finance specialist at the North-West Academy of Public Administration from May 2021 to March 2022, where Semeon oversaw financial control, ensured adherence to the financial plan, and prepared reports for regulatory authorities. Semeon holds a Master's degree in Macroeconomics from Saint Petersburg State University and a Bachelor's degree in Management from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA).
