Allison Groom

Allison Groom is an experienced Product Owner and Business Process Specialist at Quad since July 2016, where Allison champions Lean and Agile methodologies to enhance technology solutions and optimize organizational workflows. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Intern with the City of La Crosse, where responsibilities included recruitment coordination and employee benefits support, and various positions in customer service, including a Cashier at Target and Shift Supervisor at Papa Murphy's International. Allison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, awarded in 2016.
