Andrew Hickok

Andrew Hickok is a Mechanical Engineering student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, set to graduate in 2025. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Quad since May 2023, Andrew contributes to SCADA development using Ignition and creates reports on plant energy consumption. Previous experience includes an internship in Production Support Engineering at Quad, where responsibilities included assisting in SCADA design and data management, and participation in a Short Term Training Program at The von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics, focused on thrust balance design for ionic propulsion systems. Additional roles include a Resident Assistant and Weight Room Supervisor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and experience in building maintenance and leather production. Andrew's diverse skill set encompasses engineering software, fluid dynamics simulation, and supervisory roles in academic and industrial environments.
