Art Noe

Art Noe has an extensive career at Quad/Graphics, beginning in September 1991, where currently serves as the Director of Global Procurement, overseeing the procurement of various direct materials and a majority of the organization's buying activities. Previous positions at Quad/Graphics include Plant Manager for the Pewaukee Printing Operations and roles in customer service. Before joining Quad/Graphics, Art Noe served in the US Army from June 1989 to June 1992 as a Maintenance Officer during Operations Desert Shield/Storm. Art Noe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with a minor in Military Science from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, completed in 1990.
