Dean Johnson

Dean Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile coaching and educational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Agile Coach at Quad since January 2022, Dean specializes in enhancing agile team performance through coaching, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, Dean held various positions, including Director of After Market Support and Business Systems Engineering Manager at RateLinx, where responsibilities included managing customer support processes and improving resolution times. Dean's background in education spans over three decades, most notably as a Computer Science and Mathematics Teacher at Fort Atkinson School District, where significant achievements included designing a successful Computer Science program and motivating students to excel in AP courses. Additionally, Dean has contributed to educational resources as a Lead Author for an AP Computer Science review book and has experience in software development and project management. Dean holds a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science and a Master's in Secondary Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
