George Sears

George Sears has a diverse work experience. George started their career as a Corporate Trainee at Quad in June 2007 and worked there until April 2009. George then became an Estimator - Direct Mail and worked in that role from May 2009 to May 2012. George progressed to become a Business Analyst from June 2012 to December 2015 and then transitioned into the role of Software Development Lead from December 2015 to July 2017. George then took on the position of Business Solutions Manager from July 2017 to August 2020. George's most recent roles at Quad include Director - Strategy Development & Implementation from August 2020 to September 2023 and their current role as Executive Director - Strategic Development & Implementation from August 2023 to the present. Before their career at Quad, George worked as a Graduate Assistant at Georgia Southern University from September 2005 to June 2007.

George Sears earned a Bachelor's degree in Printing Management from Georgia Southern University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. George then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the same university from 2005 to 2007. In September 2021, they obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc.
