Heidi Waldusky has a diverse and extensive work experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Heidi is currently the VP of Brand Marketing at Quad. Prior to that, they held the position of Associate Publisher and General Manager of Marketing and Brand at Ad Age, where they played a crucial role in the brand's turnaround strategy and led various teams to enhance brand perception, profitability, and growth.
Prior to their role at Ad Age, Heidi worked at Chief as a Member, and at Story Worldwide as the Executive Creative Director. At Story Worldwide, they oversaw a significant portfolio of business and led a creative team. Before that, Heidi worked at Havas, where they held multiple roles including Executive Creative Director and Creative Director [Digital]. Heidi contributed to new business pitches and played a key role in transitioning clients to the digital space.
Early in their career, Heidi held the position of VP, Associate Creative Director at G2 Worldwide, where they focused on integrated marketing and drove digital business within the organization. Heidi began their advertising journey as a Senior Copywriter at The Adcetera Group, where they gained valuable experience in copywriting and creative services.
Throughout their career, Heidi has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategizing capabilities, and a passion for innovative and creative storytelling.
Heidi Waldusky attended The Wharton School in 2013 for Executive Leadership Education. Heidi also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Houston.
