Jesse Smet

Jesse Smet has over 17 years of experience in software development and project management, currently serving as a Business Solutions Manager at Quad since June 2006, where responsibilities include leading a self-directed scrum team. Previously, Jesse held various roles at Quad, including Software Development Lead I, where leadership extended to teams managing healthcare and direct mail projects, and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on upgrading complex transportation management tools. Additional roles include Software Development Lead II and Software Engineer, emphasizing customer onboard processes and logistics systems integration. Jesse began career as an IT Intern at Kimberly-Clark, developing VBA Macros for data extraction and analysis. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
