Michelle Fleck

Michelle Fleck has over two decades of experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience at Quad since June 2014, where responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to enhance the employee experience. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions including Sr. Manager Shared Services HRBP at Quad, Group HR Manager for Media Solutions & BlueSoho, and HR Manager, all contributing to employee relations and strategic HR initiatives. Michelle’s earlier career includes roles as Labor Relations Program Manager and Labor Analyst at Exel, Human Resources Specialist at Limited Logistics Services, and Human Resources Generalist at Parcel Direct. Michelle began a professional journey in sales and marketing before transitioning fully into HR functions. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Dayton and further studies at Capital University.
