Rob Quadracci

Rob Quadracci has an extensive career in human resources, currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Quad since September 1999, where previous roles included VP of Human Resources, Exec Director-Human Resources, and HR Director. Prior experience includes positions at Southern California Edison (SCE) from September 1992 to September 1999, where roles encompassed Project Manager for Workforce Management and Corporate Redeployment, Organizational Psychologist/Internal Management Consultant, and Associate Industrial Psychologist. Rob Quadracci holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology (1990-1995) and a BS in Psychology from Gonzaga University (1985-1989).
